4321 Timer User Guide

4321 Timer, formerly known as Event Speaker Timer, lets an operator control synchronized countdown displays for a session room. This guide covers all its functions.

Quick Overview

Console and Display Modes

  • Console: The control mode. A Console can Start/Pause, Reset, Blink, Sync, and select presets.
  • Display: A view-only role. It shows the current timer state without live control buttons.
  • Connection State: This indicator shows whether the app is connected and able to synchronize.

Accessing Setup & Control

  • To configure the app for a room, go to the Setup page.
  • To operate the timer during a session, go to the Control page.
